By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.

Order Confirmation & Policy Acknowledgment

At She is Lux, transparency is essential throughout your shopping experience.

When an order is placed on our website, it is assumed that the customer has read, understood, and agreed to our Return & Refund Policy. This acknowledgment is presented at checkout and included in every order confirmation email.

Your confirmation explicitly states:

By placing your order, you agree to our Refund & Return Policy.

By completing your purchase, you agree that:

  • You have reviewed the return conditions, timelines, and non-returnable items

  • You understand that minor size deviations (1–3 cm), perception of color differences, and fit variations are not considered defects

  • You agree to follow the official return approval process before sending any items back

  • In the event of a chargeback or dispute, this agreement — along with the full policy, product listings, and communication records — may be used as supporting documentation

We always encourage customers to contact us with any questions prior to placing an order.

Before You Order – Sizing & Expectations

We strongly recommend reviewing our Size Guide before completing your purchase.

Due to the nature of garment production:

  • A measurement variation of 1–3 cm (+/-) may occur

  • Colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting or screen settings

  • Fit and styling may vary based on body type and proportions

These are normal in apparel production and are not considered defects.

As a growing brand, returns significantly impact our operations. Carefully reviewing sizing before purchase helps reduce waste and allows us to continue offering thoughtfully curated pieces.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery, as confirmed by tracking information.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • Original tags must remain attached

  • Items must be returned in original packaging

  • The return must be initiated within the return window

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined or subject to a restocking fee.

Store Credit Policy

Please note: She is Lux does not issue refunds to the original payment method for returned items.

Once your return is approved and inspected, you will receive a digital gift card (store credit) via email.

  • Gift cards are valid for 12 months

  • Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash

  • Gift cards are non-transferable

This policy allows us to maintain accessible luxury pricing while protecting the sustainability of our brand.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Lingerie

  • Swimwear

  • Bodysuits

  • Final Sale or Clearance items

  • Gift cards

Unauthorized Returns

Returns sent without prior approval or to an incorrect address will not be accepted and are not eligible for store credit.

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Contact Us

Submit your return request via our Contact Form, including:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • A brief reason for return

  • Clear photos of the item(s) including tags

We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Step 2: Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • We do not provide prepaid return labels

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service

She is Lux is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Customs or international handling fees, if applicable, are the customer’s responsibility.

Step 3: Store Credit Issuance

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive confirmation via email.

Approved returns will be issued as a digital gift card within 7–14 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Partial Refund / Store Credit Alternative

To reduce environmental impact and international return costs, we may offer a partial refund or store credit alternative for customers who prefer to keep the item.

This option avoids international return shipping and customs costs. If interested, simply mention this in your return request and our team will review the available solutions.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

If a confirmed manufacturing defect is identified, we will offer:

  • A replacement item

  • Or store credit equal to the purchase value

Claims submitted outside the 48-hour window may not be eligible.

Not As Described Claims

We strive to present all products accurately through detailed imagery and descriptions.

Please note:

  • Minor color variations due to lighting or screen resolution are not defects

  • A size variation of 1–3 cm is standard in garment production

  • Fit differences based on body type are not considered “not as described”

If you believe an item significantly differs from its listing, contact us with detailed photos for review.

If the item is confirmed consistent with its listing, eligibility for store credit will follow our standard return policy.

Delivered but Not Received

If tracking indicates that your package has been delivered, She is Lux is not liable for parcels marked as delivered by the courier.

If you believe there is an issue:

  1. Contact the courier immediately to open a claim

  2. Request a case or reference number

  3. Check with neighbors or building management

If the courier confirms delivery error after investigation, we will review the outcome and determine an appropriate resolution.

We cannot issue store credit or replacements without official courier confirmation of fault.

Return-to-Sender Orders

If a parcel is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Refused delivery

  • Unclaimed shipment

The following applies:

  • Store credit will be issued once the item is returned to our warehouse

  • A 25% restocking fee will be deducted

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

We strongly encourage customers to double-check shipping details before completing their purchase.
