Shipping & Delivery

To make this possible, we work closely with selected international suppliers and ship directly from them. This allows us to reduce storage and operational costs while maintaining premium quality standards.

Processing Time

All orders are carefully processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed Monday–Thursday are typically processed within 1 business day.

  • Orders placed on Friday evening or during the weekend will be processed the following Monday.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Pre-Order Items

Items marked as Pre-Order require extended processing time.

Please allow 8–10 business days before shipment. This ensures we can secure the item from our supplier and prepare it to meet our quality standards.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your order will be shipped once all items are ready.

Delivery Time

After processing, your order will be shipped.

The average delivery time is 10–15 business days.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to external factors such as customs processing, carrier delays, or weather conditions. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.
No minimum order value required.

Track Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you can track it via our Track & Trace page.

Tracking information becomes available 2–3 business days after placing your order.

How to Place an Order

Shopping at She is Lux is simple:

  1. Go to the product page and select your preferred size and variant.

  2. Add the item to your cart.

  3. Click Proceed to Checkout.

  4. Enter your shipping details and continue to shipping.

  5. Review your details carefully and continue to payment.

  6. Select your preferred secure payment method: 

    • Shop pay

    • Credit Card (AMEX, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa)

    • PayPal

    • Apple & google pay

    • Direct payment

  7. Click Complete Order and follow the instructions to finalize your purchase.

Change of Address

We understand that mistakes can happen. Address changes are possible within 1 hour of placing your order.

After this timeframe, orders are automatically processed and we may no longer be able to make adjustments.

If the parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address and is not collected within the courier’s holding period (usually 7 days), it may be disposed of.

In such cases:

  • We are unable to issue a full refund.

  • Reshipment is possible with a 15% reshipping fee based on the order total.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

She is Lux is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by your country’s customs authorities.

These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid separately by the recipient.

If import fees apply, the courier or customs office will contact you once your parcel arrives. The order will only be delivered after these charges are settled.

If a parcel is refused due to unpaid customs fees, we cannot be held liable for refunds or losses.

We recommend reviewing your country’s import regulations before placing an order.
